The McCuen Ranch is located in North East California in the heart of the majestic Sierra Valley – the largest alpine valley in North America. It has 761 deeded acres, two domestic wells, and an agricultural well that irrigates a 120 acre pivot producing 600 tons of alfalfa per season. The Ranch currently runs 150 cow-calf pairs. With year-round access, 50x120 hay barn w/ feed stalls keeps the hay dry and the cows warm in the winter. In addition, a state of the art 40x120 ten stall horse barn.
